Time to Get Your Seasonal Flu Shot

Flu Shots (including the H1N1 vaccine) are now being offered at the following locations and times:

Sept. 25 -- (9 am–4 pm) West Side Clinic, 1735 Madison Rd., Beloit

Oct. 2 - (1–4 pm) Darien Clinic, 300 N. Walwoth, Darien

Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28 and Nov. 4 - (8 am–6 pm) Beloit Clinic, 1905 E. Huebbe Pkwy., Beloit (Patients can enter through the North Entrance and check in at Convenient Care)

Oct. 2 - (1–6 pm) West Side Clinic, 1735 Madison Rd., Beloit

Oct. 10 - (9 am–Noon) Darien Clinic, 300 N. Walworth, Darien

Oct. 16 and 23 - (9 am–Noon) Clinton Clinic, 307 Ogden Ave., Clinton

Cost: $25 on a walk-in basis. No appointment is needed. Bring your insurance, Medicare or Medicaid card. Vaccines available to anyone 6 months and older. High dose vaccines and Flu Mist live vaccines available only in the physician's office by appointment.
